THE FIRST ever Easter Family Fun Day organised by BiP Solutions Charity team in aid of the Realising Dreams Foundation (RDF) was a cracking success raising £700 to help children.

The Foundation was launched in February 2014, by BIP Solutions Ltd CEO Ron Burges to extend the reach of the charity work already begun by his own business and help children to realise their dreams.

Now RDF offers grants to individuals to enable youth education and social development.

Helping achieve this goal were Easter revellers, who attended the Pacific Quay Fun Day, on April 4, 2015.

Lynne Scott from Garthamlock in Glasgow said: “The Fun Day was an excellent start to our Easter Break. I took along my nephew and cousin and they had a great time crafting, getting their faces painted and doing the egg hunt.” She added: “The cakes were scrumptious too.”

After cake, children had the chance to enjoy sunny views of the Clyde from an outdoor bouncy castle.

Daniel Kidd from Dennistoun in Glasgow said: “The whole day was busy with kids of all ages enjoying their break. I had a fun filled morning with my niece; we thoroughly enjoyed the tombola and egg hunt.”

Along with the tombola and egg hunt guests took part in a raffle, arts and crafts, home baking, face painting and competitions.

RDF Founder Ron Burges added: ““Well done to everyone who helped make the first ever Easter Fun Day a big success and bolstering our funding by another £700.”

If you know someone who wants to make a difference; someone with a real talent, a drive and a dream, then the Realising Dreams Foundation might just be able to help!
